Under the spray arm is a rotor. F2 means that rotor is not turning to pump the water. Can be caused by food debris getting under it. Take the rotor out by turning the body a quarter turn anti clockwise and pull up. Clean out any debris then refit. Other reasons would need a service tech to fix. Failed rotor, control board or wiring fault etc.
