how can i get mt f&p soft touch dish washer to complete a cycle?

my dish washer will fill ok, but once it gets to the wash cycle it won,t turn off. What can I do to fix this problem?

Sounds like it is not heating the water. It will continue to wash but not progress until a certain temperature is reached. Let it wash for about 10 minutes then see if water is getting hot. If no heat get someone out to check because it could be any one of four different reasons why.
