Mend Fisher & Paykel DD60D Drain Pump Error

Dishdrawer F2 though rotor is fine?

Getting the F2 error so swapped rotors from each drawer but still get the error. The rotors look fine and spin freely.
If I get the drawer free of water then the cycle works until it comes time to drain. Then I get an F2 error. It seems to pump then halfway through this it just freely drains, even with the draw open.
It's a DD60D.
So is there some overriding switch that stops the pump or is there something else I can look into?

Thanks Lincoln as you did steer me in the right direction.
I have since done a successful wash and great to know what U1 means. All is good now.

Yes you would get a U1 error without the spray arm in place so it shouldn't come back now. Hope all is running okay now.

Well I pulled the bottom transparent cover off looking for the hall sensor, and then noticed that the blue wire had dislodged from the stator. Did a reconnect and finally got that cover back on, fighting with the hoses.
It now starts no matter what (as it should) but in testing without filter and arm, I get the U1 error!
Put the filter plate and spray arm back in and it successfully completed a rinse cycle, YAY!
Hope the U1 error doesn't come back.

Are these machines typically noisy when the pump first starts up? It does become quiet but this has been the case all time with both drawers, sounds like a coffee grinder!

Some further info.
I have initiated a few rinse cycles now by drying out the rotor well. Using a bucket, the pump works but hesitates and works again a few times over and over, always pumping out water. But it never finishes the pump-out and I get F2. It varies how much water it will actually move per cycle too, sometimes none.
Then sometimes the tub will freely drain when dealing with an error condition and sometimes it won't and I have to bucket the water out.

Thanks for that. It is definitely DD60D and the controller boards are DD60P51. I swapped these and the problem is still there so not a controller or rotor problem.
If there is any water in the rotor well, the wash will not start unless I sponge the well dry.
Is that hall sensor easy to get to if I lay on my back under the drawer (top drawer problem).

Have not heard of a model DD60D. However, as it is a double drawer, I would first swap the control boards. If the F2 error now moves to the other drawer then it will be a faulty control board. If fault remains on original drawer then I would find and replace the hall sensor on the motor underneath.
