Mend Triton Rapide plus 2 Shower Water Read

my Triton Rapide plus 2 is leaking?

Even when the shower is switched off water still comes out of the shower hose. I read somewhere that switching it on then off a couple of time quickly might fix the problem, it did, but the problem just came back. Is it the pressure relief thing thats gone, and if so, can I fix it myself?
