manual for sime super 10 year old combi boiler?

i have a sime super combi i think about 10 years old but i know its not a 90 i think its a 30 or poss a 60? im trying to get a manual because the seller of the property left a manual for the 90! ( strange i know)but true. the models differ and as Im female and prone to being ripped off I like to read up on poss reasons and remedies so i can be confident what im told is reasonabe. Hot water from shower luke warm and varies despite its settongs and though I do get hot water from other taps no consistency in temp??
