problem re triton shower showing low pressure?

Dont have a question as I seem to have found answer today on this lovely site. thanks to all. I just need trustworthy plumber who will not charge the norm of £66 per half hour to fix it. I think I need C3 capacitor and possibly new pulley switch.

I have been repairing showers for 16 years and i have never heard of a C3 capacitor being used,so if you re-post question ill tell you whats wrong,also the pulley switch is just called a pull switch,so are you having problems with turning it on as well,or is somebody who does not know what they are talking about feeding you a load of drivell
