If the water is running then the the power is ok it could be the thermal cut out or TCO as it's known only testing with a volt meter will determine what's wrong

looks like it don't get any power.
Check the fuse or breaker.
If the fuse is blown, replace it by one of the exact same rating.
If it's a tripped breaker, reset it by putting it in the OFF position then in the ON position.

If that don't resolve your problem, you need to check the whiring to the unit.
