What is HC on my Simpson Encore 756?

My Simpson Encore 756 is filling and emptying simultaneously. It then stops and beeps with the code HC coming up. Any ideas would be appreciated

Is the drain pump running when it is filling? If yes then you have a problem with the main circuit board. If not then check that the drain hose is high enough. It must come up as high as the lid before going down to the drain outlet otherwise it will syphon the water out as fast as it fills.
