Problem with Fisher & Paykel Excellence 6.5?

Machine not filling up. Stops, beeps and has the 3rd, 4th and 8th lights on as an error code. The machine will spin and empty OK. What does this error code mean. What is the likley cause of the problem?

hi this fault code indicates a voltage problem with the cold water valve most likely cause is lose plug on the valve or the vale has failed and will need to be replaced.....hope this helps
