Mend GBC 4250 Light Problem Machine

GBC 4250 not heating up, light goes green for ready?

Original problem was machine would stay in warming up mode and no heat at all, then replaced the temp sensor board still no luck then replace main control board and still no heat but now the machine goes to ready but no heat, checked thermal fuse and heating elements all good, but no luck with the heat!!!

Any ideas at all, don't know anymore and it's driving me nuts???
