brakes sticking on ??? help ?

my merc vito 108d 1999 brakes ar e sticking on ? i have replaced dics pads and calipers and they were fine for a few days ! now they are doingit again ? can any1 help ? is it the servo ? matser cylinder ? pedal release ?? grrrrrrr !!! help help help :P lol
