vw diesel wont start?

I have a 1999 VW beetle TDI had a problem with it not starting found anti shudder valve sticking cleaned it I spilled anti freeze on floor so before I had shroud back in place started car backed out of garage cleaned floor started up again pulled back in garage replaced plenum and shroud then tried to start engine would turn over but not start took plenum & shroud back off checked all electrical connections still would not start "HELP"

Sounds as if you have knocked something out of place, take plenum cover and shroud off again, check around, check wiring loom in that area, they are know to be fragile, on passats anyway. Check connections to ecm etc, probably something silly, and you will kick yourself when you find it. Just have a good look around, move things, anything that moves, suspect it.
