How to fix engine light flashing sprinter 2010 316cdi?

I have had particular filter cleaned, car has been back burned, had 4 new injectors put in, Air mass sensor replaced, intake manifold replaced, 2 turbo transducers replaced, valve timing is perfect, new oil, new coolant, transmission data has been reset. Vehicle has been reset several times. Light still flashes on and when in automatic it goes into limp mode but it I change back from D to 4th gear its a lot better and I can get more then 100kms on the highway. Any suggestions, do these sprinters have a common wiring problem that may cause this issue.
