how can I fix my 99 ford focus...........please?

I bought a 1999 1.4 ford focus hatchback but had another engine fitted from a 2005 zetec engine 1.4. Now I've put it through an mot and it failed extremely badly on emissions and its overfueling badly. I've had diagnostic that says no faults showing, I've replaced the air flow meter as it wasn't working properly, had lambda sensors checked reading hi, got new fuel injectors only to find that the ones fitted are exactly the same (as thought it could've been 2005 injectors hence overfueling).Any help with this (possibly any other things that can be the problem)
