Power hold relay in 2nd part of fuse box drivers side lower of dash.not sure which one pos relay 31,try bashing with hand some times it works,i think that if you dont hear fuel pump prime when you key on its a symptom of same relay,hope this helps, it efects pcm,fuel pump,imobliser,
