Mend Bendix BIW 103W Washing Machine Powder

how can i fix Bendix BIW 103W ?

I have a Bendix BIW 103W washing machine trickle fills, wont clear powder or fab softner from dispencer, water pressure to machine is good,new pipes and filters fitted, but no pressure frompipes to machine, have cleaned all sprinkle holes in dispencer, but find no water pressure to reach them. otherwise everything else works,

Only thing between water pipes and dispenser, is the water valve, I assume that when you say changed filters, you mean the one in the inlet to m/c. So valve is faulty or blocked
