Bendix B/w 104w washing machine?

Sorry this is another enqurie about this model Bendix washing machine. Does anyone know if this model heats its own or does this need to be used in conjunction with my immersion heater to heat the water to say 40 degree 60 degree washes. Many thanks and any input would be very much appreciayed .

Modern washing machines heat their own water - some have a hot water connection but do not necessarily have the hot feed connected - i have never fed hot water to any washing machine - always just cold.

If your washer does not make hot water (you do not say) then it may have a defective heating element.

It would be a very rare washing machine that did not have the capability to heat water.
