Mend Bendix AW1053W Start Machine Fitted

bendix aw1053w wont start?

been given a bendix aw1053w been stood a long time. was working ok. are machine broke so fitted this one. and will not start .water and power to machine but mains power light not on had top of and got power going to machine but just wont start up please help

check power is on to the main pcb.if it is then the main pcb power supply has failed and a new pcb will be required
