Mend Karcher 4.98 Water Help Machine

My Karcher 4.98 does not produce any pressure ?

Karcher does not produce any pressure - water comes out at same pressure as it goes in - Help?.
I did open the machine & found a spring & small valve on the inlet side - they looked ok so put them back & it made no difference - the machine has been like this almost from new. Would be glad of any advice.
