beko drcs 68w?

dryer works for a while then stops and the water tank full light starts flashing I have the water pipe going into the sink and have never used the water tank I connected it up to the water tank but no water is going in there either. I have to tip the whole machine forward and manually empty all the water out that has accumulated at the bottom of the dryer before it will work again please could someone tell me why there is no water going into the tank this dryer is less than a year old and still under guarantee but as the belt snapped on it after 4 weeks of buying it trying to chase up the guarantee was near impossible and after constant complaing it took beko 7 weeks to send someone out to replace it dont want to go throughall that again
