Easy directions for laminator GBC 4250 needed?

As soon as I turn on the GBC 4250 laminator the green ready light comes on. The laminator is not heating up? Help please...

breakers go bad all the time. almost always a breaker tripping is a sign of a bad breaker. replacing the breaker is almost a 100% easy fix. digi key sell the breakers cheap, although most 4250s use fuses. and the fuse holders go bad...

Once you get the machine properly loaded, shorten the TOP roll by about 3 feet so it ALWAYS RUNS OUT FIRST!

that makes it easy to just tape the new film to the old film that pulls the film thru automatically, no messing with the red rollers and always a sample of how the film should look

In addition USI.com sells colr coaded film and free stickers so you never have to wonder which is dull which is shiney, just load red with red blue with blue.

There should be a threading diagram on the tray. Load the film onto the roll supports. Pull enough film to enable easy use of the threader card. The top film should go over the tension bar. The bottom film should go under the bottom bar. Lift the shield and push the film through the front (heat rollers), using the threader card. (the front rollers are not chain driven by the motor) MAKE SURE the two dull sides, of the film, face each other as it goes INTO the heat rollers. The rear (pull) rollers are driven by the motor. Click switch to run. Push threader card enough for pull rollers to grab it and pull film through. Wrinkles should pull out after a couple feet of film pass through. Allow unit to heat. Most items laminate better on slower speeds. The thicker, darker or slicker the material, the slower it should be run through machine.

you can use the ultimaste 65 video, the difference is the red heat rollers arent driven in the 4250, you MUST turn them by hand to push the film thru.
