HOw can I fix my refrigerator Bosch model B22CS80SNS/01?
My refrigerator Bosch stopped cooling on both sides The freezer and refrigerator is a side by side refrigerator model B22C80SNS/01. We had two technicians come and take a look at it. One said it was the inverter. We ordered the part and replaced it and still its not functioning. The other technician said it was the PC board located on top of the refrigerator and freezer. We ordered the parts and replaced them. It is still not working. It is a Pentane refrigerator and was bought a year and three months ago.This refrigerator was bought in Sears in San Juan Puerto Rico The first technician was from Sears but he said they had not been trained on repairing Bosch models. Any light you can shed to us will be welcome.
Our /04 model of the same fridge stopped suddenly. Repair guy found a defective inverter inside a smashed plastic case. This fridge was new 27 months ago and I took it out of an unopened factory box with no damage. Repair guy said the box looked like it was hit with a hammer! Very strange.
