How can I fix my Bosch Excell Fridge Door KSR34421/FD8207?

The original person has probably fixed it or changed their fridge, but I have had the same issue (cause is too many bottles in the bottle holders - don't put too much weight in the door!).
Remove the top panel (where the switch/temperature display is) - two screws.
Support the door and loosen/remove two screws holding top fixing in place (Torx head).
You will find that the plastic piece and door have collapsed at the bottom. It might be possible to buy replacement parts, but I have fixed it using large washers (commonly called penny washers) - M8 I think or possibly M6, but with substantially larger than normal diameter.
