Won't start sukida SK 50 QT scooter 50cc?

I have a sukida sk 50 qt, 50cc, scooter which has only done 250 miles. When I brought the scooter the battery was flat, so i brought a new one. It then proceeded to start fine with the electric start. After a couple of weeks the new battery was flat, i left it a couple of weeks, then i jump started the scooter of a car. The scooter would turn over but wouldn't start. The battery for the alarm on the key was flat so i replaced it. Please can anybody help me or provide details of the problem or have any details in london or south east region where a sukida dealer is thank you.
