Mend Yamaha Jog R 05 Engine Problem

Engine problem, Yamaha Jog R 05 model?

Hey, just jumped on my scooter to get to work but about 100ft down the road it loses power. Now It wont start up and the electric starts dead but the electrics are fine and so is the spark plug. battery is ifne also.

Anyone can help me? im an hour late for work already, think they might be mad XD

P.s. When i started it up after it died had osme smoke commming form exaust, more than is usual. But now it just dosent start at all.
