my speedfight2 is completley dead help!!?

Hi, my scooter has no life whats so ever! the kick makes a grinding noise an gets stuck when i kick it over ive had this fixed a few time already, also my electric start only fired up after a good few trys, but it always ran perfect when fired up up untill yday nothing on the bike at all works there is no light when i press the break,my petrol gauge does not move it wont kick over and the elec start dosen't makes a sound its jus completley lifeless, spark plug is new battery is new also tried charging a different battery, i have a cheetah alarm wired up to which works fine when i press the alert button on it my indicators flash but thats the only life it has any solutions?
