Mend Peugeot Vivacity Wont Start

peugeot vivacity ?wont start ?

please help if you can, i have a vivacity and it wont start it when i turn the key i have no ignition light no electric start the indicators work and flash on the dash it has a new battery so its not that the headlight does not work also ,its driving me crazy and help would be appreciated

headlight only works when engine is running. so if its not working then bulb could be blown.will scooter start off the kickstart if not is the sparkplug sparking. is petrol getting to sparkplug.
