cant start moped?

bought a vivacity moped cant start it been sitting idle for a while battery been tested its ok but cant start it kickstartin it wont work either

Hey, mine won't start electrcally anymore. i think the starter went out. how i fix that?

you will need to drain the petrol out and put some fresh petrol in and also clean the carburettor out properly and make sure all the jets are clear and not closed up at all with deposits and also fit a new plug in it to be on the safe side.does the engine turn over ok on the electric start?
