Has it been standing? Or did it just stop one day?
Are you sure it sparks? I would buy a new plug (if you havent already) and then before you screw it in the engine pop it in the spark plug cap. Make sure cap and HT lead to coil is tight. Place end of Plug on the cylinder head or metal part of the frame and then start as normal. You may need a mate to see if there is a blue spark which is consistant all the time.
Do usual checks of engine oil etc first as well. Post back if it is not sparking.
You could pop a little petrol down the bore hole and then place plug back in head and then try starting. This is good if its been standing for a while
