Mend Pentax Optio M10 Solve Problem Fine

Fault with Pentax Optio M10 camera?

I noted others asking how to solve the problem of lines across the screen. I have fine red and yellow lines on the screen after taking a picture, which renders the camera useless. Is there some way of resetting?
