renault trafic 2006 dci 100 no speedo and abs lights ?

it started some month ago, the speedo was jumping and at the same time all warning lights was going on and off at the same time the speedo was going from speed to 0. (this means to me that it maybe it an electric problem) ive tried out everything and i cant find the problem. i just bought the foult reader on ebay, but it cant communicate with the controll unit. the car works fine, but i cant get it EU ready because the fuc***** abs light is on. anybody that has a good idea to solve this problem cheap?? (not on garage charge) :)
