how can i fix my fiat punto ?

I have run a diagnostics check on my fiat punto 2002 1.2 and it is locating a fault that reads injector circuit open cylinder 1 the problem is when Im accelerating it seems like it is staved of petrol and starts to splutter it is fine on tick over and starts first time it only seem to do this over 2000 revs can any one help to solve this problem

I have replaced the injector it didn't make any difference I also replaced the ignition leads and plugs. do you have any other suggestions
