Mend Bosch Precision Fabric Machine Clean

Why will my Bosch Precision not take the fabric softener?

My Bosch Precision washing machine will not take the fabric softener. Is there anything I can do? I have done the obvious like make sure it is clean etc. and there is nothing causing a blockage.
