Mend Zanussi Jetstream Turbodry Machine Hope Help

Zanussi Jetstream Turbodry problem?

Hi everyone
I seem to have a few general problems with my machine, not sure if they are all connected but really hope someone can help me. The main problem is that the clothes don't seem to wash properly, I seem to still have powder on them at the end of the wash and they don't seem to have rinsed very well.
Also the fabric conditioner drawer does not empty properly, it seems to be clogged with water/fabric conditioner despite the fact that I have totally cleaned it out. I've checked the fluff filter and also run a 90 degree wash with soda crystals to try and clear the problem but nothing seems to have worked. I'm finding that I need to wash clothes twice to get them clean which is a real pain. Hope someone can help. thank you!

the conditioner not going will more than likely be the holes above in the plastic conveyor are blocked with black mould.remove the soap draw completely and look up at the top holes above the conditioner compartment and see if they are blocked and mouldy.try cleaning or a replacement part may need fitting but they are a little tricky to fit

when the machine is washing can you see water being sprayed on to the clothes (jetsysytem)?.If not this could be why the clothes don't wash/rinse.Again it may need total strip down and unblocking or a new circulation pump fitted.not an easy diy project but could be done with time and care
