Bosch WFL245S WASHING MACHINE, DOES NOT ADD FABRIC CONDITIONER?

Thanks for that, i just done the same with my Classixx 1000, pulled off the top of the soap/ conditioner tray and washed it out with water and a toothbrush.

I have just fixed this on our 245s. You have to dismantle the tray housing to clean the water channel in the tray housing lid. Take the top off the machine (2 screws at back and two at the front sides) they are star-key screws so you will need the right tools.
you can pop the lid off the tray housing without undoing the bottom hose or the 2 water feeds if you are careful, its fiddly but you should be able to see where the clips are. the lid then spits into 2 parts - and you will find a load of black gunge blocking the very narrow channel.
