Mend Temp Water Taps

Temp of water from taps?

Water temp not very hot can hold hand under it for ever, and the tap is not fully open.
what needs doing ?

check flow rate of tap with a measuring jug about 9-10 ltrs per minute should give you hot water if flow rate is ok then it's check stats & heat exchanger but you would need multi-meter and technical specs to do that
