Mend Ariston Hot Water Euro Combi

Hot water. Euro Combi?

I have an Ariston Euro Combi A/23 MFFI - A/27 MFFI and I am getting hot water from the taps and central heating but there is no regulation on the temperature from the boiler. No matter how low I turn the temp gauge! I have cleaned out the Ventura and replaced the heat exchange, can you advise? Thanks.
