why isn't my sevis m6755 drum rotating?

water goes in and drains fine but the drum refuses to to turn at all. i have checked the drive belt and it is fine. my machine is less than 2 years old.

This may be a problem with the main motor brushes. These can be ordered online at various sites. Fitting may be a little complicated though, dependent on orientation of the motor and brush fitment. Make sure all power is removed before any repair work is undertaken though!!
