Mend AEG 3274-7 KG Fridge Started Freeze

Santo Aeg 3274-7 KG?

My AEG fridge has started to freeze on the temperature display it shows a square indicating that there is a fault.
How can I get rid of the refrigerator from freezing?
would be so great full for some advice as its Christmas day.

the square means the air or evaporator sensor is faulty.the parts are cheap but the whole back of the fridge/evaporator has to be pulled out to fit them.the fridge will work in a semi default state whilst square is displayed and will cause freezing issue
