Leisure HJA6100 isn't cooling right?

I have an 18 month old Leisure HJA6100 fridge freezer. It started making really loud noises for a week or so and then stopped cooling & freezing. Switched it off and left to defrost for a while, replaced the filter and switched back on. It's stopped making the noise. Things now freeze in the bottom of the fridge and the ice/water dispenser doesn't work. The freezer is freezing things but it's not as cold as it should be and when you put lots of things in the fridge the freezer gets warmer. Please help.
