Mend Samsung SR385NTS Refrigerator Freezer Defrost

samsung cooltech has power but is not cold at all?

my samsung cooltech fridge model number SR385NTS has been working well for the past 7 years until recently. It started to freeze up all the jars and food in the chiller section. today it stopped working all together. The light is on in the fridge so i know i have electricity but everything in the freezer has defrosted and the fridge is no longer cold. any sugesstions as to what may of happened.

it might be the compressor or the coils, this model and other models of samsung has the same problem. i have the exact same problem, my fridge is not cold anymore, after 5 years of use.
compressors can be bought of the samsung appliance website, search on google.

my fridge is exacly the same model as yours and i have had mine for about 4 years. and it has done the same as yours, same symptons etc. i have no idea what the problem is but if i find out i will post it
