Mend Servis Started Dial Set

My Servis fridge(+freezer) has become like a freezer?

Instead of cooling, my fridge has started to freeze. The dial is set on the lowest setting. We've already changed the thermostat, but that didn't solve the problem.

I have exactly the same problem with the same make/model of fridgefreezer. Was going to change the Thermostat. However, if it's not resolved it for you then I am at a loss. Please can you let me know what you've tried and I will feedback if I get any positive news.
