Mend Scandinova DF902SSA Black Wire Top

scandinova DF902SSA mains connection box meltdown?

the black wire at the top of the electricity distribution /mains connection box on the back panel at the bottom right is beginning to melt, presumably due to shorting through somehow!
1-who sells replacement boxes?
2-what are the wiring connections on the inside (a plain cream coloured wire has come off and i am not sure where it should go back on!) ?
