Hi, My creda 1000 supaspeed (not sure of the model) washing machine stopped working mid way through the final rinses and now will not turn again. I took the top off and was able to release the door from inside but i noticed a black wire has come loose.
I can't see how to get into that area (around door hatch) to reattach it or where it would go.
At present there's simply no response from the machine at all.
I forgot to tell you, buy the parts on eBay. The US compnay rips you off, $100. I got the parts shipped to me within a week for $20 US. The fix was EASY

My Creda suffered the same problem of not spinning. Based on what I have read, the carbon brushes on the motor wear out and need replacing. I just took mines apart and will call Creda parts in the US for a price on the part. 800-800-2733. Check out the vido, you do not need to take the motor out to replace the carbon brushes.
