Mend Peugeot Satelis Executive Help Bike Wont Start

help my bike wont start!?

i have a peugeot satelis executitive,it was fine untill the recent cold weather,it wont catch when starting it.i have purchased new battery and it still wont start!any suggestions and does anyone know where i would find the spark plug on this bike?

it will be on the right hand side of the ehad at the front of the engine,if this model has an accelerator pump fitted to the carb as most do these days it may be worth trying this..........twist the throttle wide open and then close again 3 times then try starting it with the throttle closed.
