why it wont start ?

sounds like the sidestand ignition cut-out switch may be at fault if you have one,such as the plunger sticking, its a safety thing when the sidestand is left down and the rider puts it into gear to move off, the ignition cuts out. Look around the sidestand for a small black box with wiring and with a plunger sticking out that touches the stand, may have a waterproof gaitor pull that back and give it small spray of wd40 and push it in and out a few times.good luck.
