Mend Freelance XC1500 Dialling Tone Phone

No dialling tone o Freelance XC1500?

I have no dialling tone on my phone. I did manage to make contact with the helpline this morningwho advised the process Menu-Redial-Menu-Redial-Menu-Menu. Have done this several times but am still without a dialling tone. Please help.
