BT Synergy 3505 - no dialling tone / incoming calls?
I have a BT Synergy 3505 trio home phone. Whenever I try to make a call, there is no dialling tone, plus when I phone the number, it just rings and rings on the line, but the phones don't ring or seem to recognise there's an incoming call. Phone line is fine as internet and other phone working.
Yes I am having the exact same problem. Have tried removing batteries and reseting the phone but nothing. I can answer the phone after about 5 rings but before that it is as if the phone doesn't realise that it is ringing!
