Delonghi Dem 10; used in cold conditions, now not working?

used a Delonghi Dem10 in a house with no heating; temperature turned very cold overnight, now isn't working. have put in a warm room for a couple of days but still no water collecting. Didn't realise that dehumidifiers had to run in a room of a certain temperature..have I broken it?
