Mend Zanussi ZWD16720W Washer Mins Code

Fault with washer drier Zannusi ZWD16720W?

When using drier, after about 5 mins fault code appears. Code is E20. I have tried draining the valve on the front each time is full of water, what else can i try?
The machine beeps and will not work on drier mode.

the condensor tank might be blocked with fluff.its the bit under the blower fan,it could also be a faulty drain pump or blocked filter at the bottom right
